As modern life becomes increasingly challenging, more people feel a sense of gloom. This causes negative aura to accumulate in the Aura Gauge managed by angels and demons. Ideally, the ratio should be maintained at 5:5 (5 positive to 5 negative), but it has gradually shifted to 7:3, favoring the negative.
The release of this negative energy into the modern world causes strange phenomena, pushing angels and demons to their limits due to understaffing.
If this continues, dark aura will erupt in Heaven, the modern world, and Hell, causing disasters and calamities. God promises to grant wishes to the angels and demons who prevent this.
After a series of trials, three angels and two demons are chosen. God emphasizes that those going to the modern world must strictly follow these rules:
First, they can only use 10% of their power in the modern world.
Second, they must form a partnership and cooperate with a human from the modern world.
Third, they have only one chance to choose their partner.
Fourth, support is only provided for matters related to their human partner.
Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from the mission and return to their original world.
The human partners of angels or demons who successfully complete the mission will also be granted an opportunity to have a wish fulfilled.
Angels are God's first creation. They assist God and the four Archangels, living in Heaven. Their main duties include guiding human souls arriving in Heaven and performing various tasks to maintain the celestial realm.
Most angels have small, adorable forms with tiny wings on their backs. They tend to be serious, responsible, and eager to work hard in everything they do. They highly value rules and are principled beings.
Except for the four Archangels, all others are considered regular angels.
Although angels and demons are supposed to collaborate, they generally don't get along well. Angels dismiss demons' abilities, finding them slow and inefficient in their work. They also believe all demons have violent tendencies.
Most angels view humans as 'foolish beings'.

There are seven Archdemons, high-ranking demons, and low-ranking demons. Except for the Archdemons, most demons have small, cute forms with demonic wings on their backs.
Originally, demons were as gentle as angels, but they became more aggressive after tormenting evil humans. Due to the increasing workload from Heaven and Hell, many demons have become twisted in personality, filled with complaints about angels and stress from overwork.
Demons are mischievous and often have quirky personalities. Unlike angels, while they follow rules, they tend to apply them more flexibly. Their contrasting nature to angels often leads to conflicts between the two groups.
Most demons view humans as 'stupid, foolish, and cruel beings'.
